Tony was born in Uncasville, Connecticut on December 15, 1965. Tony is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been with JDKK since June 2005.
Although Tony's primary area of practice is in employment and commercial litigation, he also has litigation experience in commercial arbitration disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and securities arbitration.
Tony has extensive experience in the defense of state and federal employment discrimination claims, wage and hour compliance, employment policy design and review, and the design of drug testing policies. Tony also counsels clients regarding developments in a number of areas of state and federal employment laws. He frequently speaks at employment-related seminars, and has published articles relating to labor and
employment law issues.
